Advanced Behavioral Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

Join a caring ABA team and gain hands-on experience in home, school, and in-clinic settings. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be willing to complete a 40-hour RBT training program.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Willing and able to complete a free RBT training program, including 40 hours of self-paced online coursework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to autistic children.

A Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). ABA is a scientific and evidence-based approach to understanding and modifying human behavior. Simply put, Behavior Technicians use ABA to changes lives!

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
