Love kids? Join our team! Atlanta Autism Center is hiring to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time positions at our Norcross/Peachtree Corners location.

Training class details: Held at our Peachtree Corners location, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, for 4 weeks. You will be fully prepared to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician exam. Upon passing, you will be promoted to RBT, and your rate will increase to $22/hr. Once an RBT, you'll have the opportunity to advance to RBT II and RBT III, earning increases up to $26/hr.

Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician

• Deliver ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
• Implement skill acquisition programs and the individual treatment plan accurately
• Implement behavior reduction plans, protocols, and support plans accurately
• Maintain precise client progress records, including data sheets, graphs, notes, and anecdotal information
• Create a safe, clean, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for clients
• Collaborate with clients' families and professionals regarding updates and concerns
• Follow company policies and BACB ethical guidelines in ABA interventions
• Report incidents of abuse/neglect promptly and train others to recognize signs
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and families
• Participate in training and commit to ongoing learning and performance improvement
