Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs, help improve clients' social, communication, and daily living skills, and support families in implementing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Document progress and maintain records
• Support clients in ADLs and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus
• Familiarity with medical documentation and care plans

Schedule and Work Setting

• After school, day, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• In-person, in-home, private school, or school settings
