Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and offers paid training to help you start your career in ABA therapy. No experience needed. This is a great opportunity to become a BT and grow in the field.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collect data, and follow plans set by BCBAs, while supporting daily living skills and promoting independence in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children

Responsibilities of a Behavior Technician (BT):

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)

• Full-time Behavior Technician position: 40 hours per week

• Flexible Behavior Technician schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
