Job summary

Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. No experience is needed; paid training is provided, and you can grow into a BT with clear career paths.

Qualifications

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
• Passion for working with children and strong communication.
• Teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)
