Job summary

Empire ABA seeks a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under the direction of a BCBA. You will implement planned treatments and track client progress while collaborating with families and teammates.

This role offers part-time scheduling, flexible shifts, and opportunities for bonus/advancement. Training and certification support are provided as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
