Job summary

Empire ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinical team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA. We value growth, flexible scheduling, and hands-on training.

A high school diploma is required, and 1 year of ABA or children experience is a plus. Travel locally and pass a background check are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
