Empire ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and the chance to work 1:1 with children requiring ABA therapy, in-home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, collaborate with families, and maintain a supportive, safe therapy environment. RBT certification and a passion for working with children are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
