Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities through in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA therapy in Jacksonville, NC.

As an RBT, you will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families and team members to promote client success in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Previous ABA therapy or childcare experience required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
