Ruby ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior plans and teaching essential life skills.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities available with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23. We offer paid training, RBT certification reimbursement, and a supportive, growth-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Passion for working with children
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not currently certified
• Full training provided for ABA role

Physical Requirements:

This is an active, hands‑on role that involves working directly with children in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. Registered Behavior Technicians must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor‑level and standing positions. The role may require lifting or physically supporting children weighing up to 40–50 pounds, as clinically appropriate; participating in active play and movement‑based learning activities; physically prompting or modeling skills as outlined in individualized treatment plans; responding quickly to support client safety; maintaining the physical stamina needed to provide multiple sessions throughout the day; and working effectively in environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
