Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Ability to monitor students' moods and behaviors.
• Should be able to write case notes documenting daily progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to children with emotional and behavioral disabilities.
• Help students achieve independence through goal-oriented support.
• Assist teachers by working one-on-one with students.

Skills

Experience working with children with behavioral challenges

Ability to complete and pass clearances

Physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test

CPR and First Aid Level 2 certification

Education

High School Diploma or its equivalency
