A Sense of Autism PLLC is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in a clinic setting. No prior ABA experience is required as we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn skills for working with children with autism and developmental needs.

Ideal candidates include teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, childcare providers, psychology students, or education majors who are passionate about helping children learn and grow, with

Qualifications

• No prior ABA experience required; paid training and support to learn needed skills.
• Ideal for teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, childcare providers, psychology students, or education majors.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in a structured therapy setting.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Support positive behaviors through guided activities and play.
• Follow individualized learning plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collect simple session data (training provided).
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
