Job summary

BK Behavior seeks compassionate individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community locations. You will implement skill-building plans under clinical supervision and record progress data, supporting families throughout treatment.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexibility with afternoon or evening hours and a meaningful path in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Need To Knows
  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
  • All positions start off part-time.
  • Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Minimum 6 month commitment required
