Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist for after-school and evening hours to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in New York. You will work under a behavioral supervisor to implement treatment plans and collect data.

The role is part-time with potential for full-time. Benefits include a $250 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities such as Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in applied behavior analysis preferred.
• Must be able to provide in-home ABA services under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors while following the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
