Job summary

Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist for in-home 1:1 sessions with children diagnosed with autism. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and communicate with families under supervision.

Flexibility in scheduling with part-time and potential full-time opportunities, plus an onboarding bonus. Training and tuition assistance are offered to support growth within the team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred.
• Experience with special education is preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
