Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on applying ABA strategies to increase functional skills and safety.

You will collect data in our electronic system, communicate with families and clinical leadership, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team. A $250 onboarding bonus is offered; pay is $22–$30 per hour, with part-time and potential full-time

Qualifications

• Special education experience preferred
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred
• Ability to collect and document data accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
