Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, track progress, and communicate with families and supervisors to support progress.

The role offers pay of $22.00–$30.00 per hour with a part-time schedule and potential for full-time work, plus onboarding bonus and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behavior.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Full Job Description

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
