Golden Care Therapy is seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to provide in-home ABA services for children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes 1:1 in-home services, data collection, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

We offer a $250 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling with growth opportunities to lead RBT roles or transition to full-time RBT positions.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
