ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Covington, LA, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support adults with brain injury in daily living, social skills, and vocational goals. You will implement rehabilitation strategies in a home-like setting and promote independence.

This full-time evening shift (2nd shift) includes mandatory weekend work and may require driving up to 20% of the time. The role emphasizes documentation and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living tasks and vocational skills.
• Deliver behavioral plans and group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Monitor clients and report changes to the treatment team promptly.
• Assist with client medication administration as prescribed.
