Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers paid onboarding, ongoing clinical support, and clear growth paths into Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles.

You will work in Canyon Country, CA with a defined local region, enjoying a weekday schedule, no weekends, and opportunities for professional development and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapy activities
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support skill generalization across environments
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions
