Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. This role offers a clear pathway to increased hours toward a full-time schedule as cases grow.

You’ll receive paid onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing supervision, with opportunities to expand into full-time BT roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School diploma or GED.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings.
• Assist families and staff with implementing behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
