Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work closely with BCBAs and team members to support skill development, behavior modification, and client independence.

The role offers comprehensive training, professional development, and flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide consistent feedback to clients and families to foster a positive environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing ABA training.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
