Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist to implement personalized therapy plans and provide high-quality support to clients. You will work closely with BCBAs and fellow therapists to deliver evidence-based interventions in home and clinical settings.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and adjust plans with the team. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and adherence to ethical guidelines, with opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development, behavior modification, and overall growth.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in both home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to assist in ongoing assessment and plan adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
• Provide consistent and supportive feedback to clients and their families to foster a positive and productive therapeutic environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards in all aspects of therapy delivery.
