Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA seeks a full-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teach communication and daily living skills, and track client progress with accurate data.

Starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBT and $21.25/hour for BT, plus paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy and growth programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per schedule.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by collecting session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
