Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Massachusetts seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and training. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; potential Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
