Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking aBehavior Technician in Utah to provide 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires flexible schedules, teamwork, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations. Part-time options are also available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and client homes.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work with a team.
• Background checks including TB test, vaccination if requested, and Child Abuse Registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism in clinic, home, or community settings under a BCBA.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA.
• Applies positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build skills.
• Collects and documents client data and session notes accurately per protocols.
• Collaborates effectively with caregivers, BCBA(s), and team members.
• Participates in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
