Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct support to adults with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DHS background study.
• Experience supporting individuals with interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care and behavioral support in community settings.
• Document behavioral observations and daily notes clearly.
• Monitor healthcare needs and administer medications.
