Behavior Frontiers in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll use evidence-based strategies to help individuals with autism communicate, play, and achieve independence, while collecting data for real-time decision-making with our software.

Qualifications

• Energetic, compassionate individual committed to helping people with developmental disabilities.
• Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods in homes, schools, centers, or communities
• Help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors
• Collect and analyze data with our electronic software for real-time decisions
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback
