Behavior Frontiers is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) in Roseville, CA. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and centers while tracking progress with our data system.

You will work with families and BCBAs to support communication, play, and independence, with training in DTT, naturalistic teaching, and verbal behavior. Applicants should be 18+, have some college credits, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Background checks and health screenings required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using our electronic software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
