Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and centers. You will help individuals with autism communicate, play, and develop independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Role requires data collection via our electronic software and collaboration with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and refine interventions. 18+ and background checks required; experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, and gain independence.
• Collect and analyze data with proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
