Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism in clinic, home, school, or community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Strong flexibility, adaptability, and time management.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA or supervising behavior consultant.
• Applies positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills.
• Accurately collects and documents client data via session notes.
• Collaborates effectively with caregivers, BCBAs, and agency team members.
• Delivers therapy services aligned with competency-based evaluations.
• Participates in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and professional development.
• In the event of client cancellation, administrative tasks may be assigned.
