AKABA is seeking ABA Therapists to provide 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis for children and young adults with Autism in home, center, or community settings. Sessions typically 3–4 hours after school, with local caseloads and travel pay/mileage where applicable.
Under BCBA supervision, you’ll implement individualized interventions, work with families, and document progress. Prior experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and young adults (ages 2-22) diagnosed with Autism. Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
