AKABA is seeking an ABA Therapist or Behavior Technician to provide 1-to-1 ABA services for children and young adults (ages 2-22) diagnosed with Autism. Sessions typically run 3-4 hours, after school, at clients' homes, in the community, or at our center.
We assign cases locally to minimize travel and offer travel time pay. Taught under BCBA supervision, you will collaborate with families, complete paperwork, collect data, and implement behavior support and skill acquisition programs.

We work with families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders in their homes, communities and at our center to provide high quality ABA Services. We use the Science of ABA to implement individualized interventions that help our clients cultivate functional behaviors in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.
Our team believes in developing talent and offers opportunities for growth in a diversity of skill sets. We offer online, self-paced access to the Registered Behavior Technician training which also increases the pay rate upon completion.
Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and young adults (ages 2-22) diagnosed with Autism. Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
