Job summary

Mentor South Bay is expanding its center-based ABA program in the Massachusetts and Connecticut area, seeking a dedicated professional to implement behavior-analytic services for pediatric clients. You will consult with team members, conduct home and center visits, and maintain accurate records while adhering to billing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior-analytic services for pediatric clients in center-based ABA.
• Consult with team members to implement individualized services.
• Conduct visits with clients and collaterals in natural environments.
• Maintain client records and discharge/intake documentation.
• Complete billing documentation according to clinic schedule.
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain confidentiality.

• Responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our new center-based ABA program!
• Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients
• Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family
• Maintain client records completely and accurately to include: Documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients
• Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic
• Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification
• Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours
• Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients
• Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated
• Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director
• Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration
• Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required
• Participate in program development and team goals
