Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Part-Time Applied Behavior Analysis Technician for after-school hours in our Hartford office. You will implement behavior-analytic services for pediatric clients, provide outreach to families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor services to each child’s needs.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and prior related experience, with strong communication and empathy to build trust with families.

Part-Time Applied Behavior Analysis Technician- After-school hours available!!

Hourly range: $22-$25

Responsible for implementing behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our Hartford office.

• Provide outreach services to children and families
• Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients
• Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family

Maintain Client Records Completely And Accurately To Include

• Documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients
• Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic
• Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification
• Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours
• Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients
• Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated
• Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director
• Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration
• Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required
• Participate in program development and team goals
