Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care MD is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or certified RBT to join our dedicated ABA team in Salisbury, MD. We value passion, collaboration, and growth, with in-home, school, community, or center-based therapy delivered under BCBA supervision.

Competitive pay ($12-$25/hour) with flexible full- or part-time schedules, generous benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing training. Travel locally may be required as part of client support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, in-community, or in-center.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

• Pay Range: $12 - $25/hour
• Full- or Part-Time Positions: Monday through Friday and weekends (optional and flexible)
• Location: Salisbury, MD
