Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) seeks skilled Behavior Technicians to work with clients with ASD and developmental delays. You will deliver ABA-based interventions, collect data, and maintain a supportive relationship with families.

Training is provided, with potential for growth to RBT. The role supports multiple PA locations with full and part-time schedules, competitive clinical pay, and benefits eligible with 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred for some cases.
• Experience with ABA or developmental delays is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis to support skill development.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with client, caregiver and family.
• Collect accurate data per program specifications.
• Attend trainings and monthly supervision meetings; participate in administrative meetings.
• Act as a mandated reporter and report suspected abuse or neglect as required by state law.
