Behavior Interventions, Inc. in Newark, DE is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians to work with clients with ASD and developmental delays under ABA programs. A 4-week intensive training will prepare you to schedule your RBT exam, with pay increases upon qualification.

Earn $26.53 per hour with credential; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Part-time evening cases exist from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, with competitive benefits and ongoing supervision for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required or preferred; some cases may require higher education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, sociology or behavioral health is preferred for certain cases.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are required or pursued during employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral intervention based on ABA to support skill development and reduce problematic behaviors.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with client, caregiver and family members.
  • Collect accurate data per program specifications.
  • Maintain administrative and non-clinical functions to support families, treatment team and organization.
  • Attend trainings, supervision meetings and other required meetings.
