ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) staff in Langhorne, PA. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
A $500 RBT referral bonus and a $5,000 BCBA referral bonus are offered. Paid training and a clear path for career advancement are provided.

If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, which is required by the licensing board (BACB) to deliver care.

What You’ll Do
Direct Client Support
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
Support Operations
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles) Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services
Position-Specific
Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
