Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with clients who have Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar developmental challenges. You will assist in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills, document progress, and help implement plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or minimum one year experience working with children in roles such as paraprofessional, camp counselor, ABA therapist, or behavior technician
