Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, individualized behavioral support to clients with autism in a center-based setting. You will implement evidence-based strategies aligned with person-centered plans to promote meaningful progress.

In this role you will collaborate with the care team, communicate clearly in Spanish, follow care plans, and apply techniques consistently while maintaining professionalism and a patient, respectful

Competenze

• Must be fluent in Spanish and able to communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Experience or training in applied behavior analysis or related behavioral intervention methods is preferred.
