Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children and adolescents, using play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills. You will follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA, track progress, document session notes, and communicate with supervisors and the scheduling team.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide hands-on paid training, weekly coaching, attendance bonuses, and a clear path for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient, reliable and compassionate.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within a 15-20 mile radius.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
