Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children and adolescents. No ABA experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided to help you become proficient and grow within the organization.

You’ll work with a supportive team, follow BCBA-designed behavior plans, and track progress while engaging in play-based activities that boost communication and life skills. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
• Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
