Job summary

Applied ABC in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under BCBA supervision. You will implement tailored behavior plans and collect session data to track progress.

This position supports in-home and center-based therapy, with ongoing staff training and regular communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required, and growth opportunities exist within this clinician-owned

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work directly in homes and centers with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory BCBA and staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
