We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or experienced Behavior Technicians (1+ year of professional ABA experience) to join our energetic and passionate team. ABA Master’s students completing fieldwork are encouraged to apply!

Your Schedule for this In Home ABA position:

Full-time (30+ hours/week): Sessions scheduled Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Part-time (10-20 hours/week): flexible schedules available

Work in children's homes, childcare centers, and schools. We do NOT have an ABA clinic.

Your Role:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy through play-based, compassionate care

Receive high quality training and supervision

Follow detailed behavior support plans

Collect behavioral data & write professional session notes

Collaborate with parents, teachers, caregivers, and BCBAs

Maintain child safety with proactive and responsive behavioral supports

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be ready to:

Lift up to 50 lbs

Sit, stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and move quickly to ensure safety throughout the day
