Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build skills and progress toward goals.

Even if not RBT certified yet, the team will support you through the certification process. The position offers a flexible schedule, weekly attendance bonuses, paid travel time between clients, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with clients.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data during sessions to track progress
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
