Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA and help clients build essential skills.

The ideal candidate has experience with autism, knowledge of HIPAA, a high school diploma, reliability in transportation, and a willingness to pursue RBT certification. We support you through the process and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community. You’ll help clients build skills, reach their goals, and make meaningful progress.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Collect data during sessions to track progress

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals

• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living

• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports

• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Compassion and patient approach when working with children

• Reliable transportation

• RBT Certification Preferred
