Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC in Richmond, VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in a clinic with a consistent, nurse-style schedule.

You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and complete progress notes while collaborating with your BCBA supervisor to support children in building meaningful life and social skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
  • Visual acuity to ensure accuracy of documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting

Requirements

Work Environment, Physical Conditions
  • Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week.
  • Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
