Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking an RBT to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA direction. You will collect data, graph progress, and maintain accurate session notes following regulatory standards.

A high school diploma is required, and prior experience with children is preferred. The role offers a sign-on bonus, reimbursement for certification costs, and ongoing supervision within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children.
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred.
  • Must be able to comply with practice policies and ethical guidelines of RBTs.
  • Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan focusing on improvement and skill development.
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy per BCBA protocols.
  • Collect and graph daily data and write session notes.
  • Receive training and supervision from BCBA/manager.
  • Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers and assist with caregiver training.
  • Follow company procedures and HIPAA-related requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan that focuses on behavioral improvements and skill development through positive reinforcement and repetition.
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards.
  • Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure high-quality program implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and assist with caregiver training as directed.
  • Follow all company procedures and legal/regulatory requirements related to client safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
  • Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
  • Must have a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) to bring to work.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
