Job summary

Sun and Sage ABA in Española, NM is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism through ABA under supervision. You will provide 1:1 sessions in-person, implement personalized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers.

Training is provided and there are growth opportunities to full-time and leadership paths. The role offers flexible mornings to afternoons within a 8 AM–3 PM window, with competitive $20–$27 per hour compensation based on

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Española, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
• Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
• Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
• Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and organization skills
